I was very moved by your persuasive letter. I love how you used emotive words to persuade your audience, e.g. 'disturbances', 'extremely', 'crystal clear'. I also like that you used examples of pollution in China to support your thinking. You talked about how pollution can influence the environment with detail as well. One suggestion moving forward would be separating your letter into paragraphs.
For your explanation, you are beginning to explain how and why your project would work. I agree that prizes and more bins would give people more incentive to litter less.
